I've been a licensed realtor since January/2010. I got into this business because of 2 passions...

1) everything real estate related...buying, selling, investing and renovating. I've done them all.

2) helping others realize their dreams of home ownership and building wealth.

Let me tell you further about passion #1. I bought my first home in 2003. It was a pre-construction purchase and an exciting transition from being a renter to a homeowner. I enjoyed the process of upgrading the home over the 4 years I owned it. When I decided to sell and move up the proverbial "property ladder", the negotiating process intrigued me. I got the "bug" to become a realtor. After being licensed for 2 years, I attained my Broker designation along with my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. These designations effectively mean that I serve my clients while upholding the highest professional standards.

Now to passion #2...real estate is my profession. However, nothing makes me happier professionally than seeing individuals and families realizing their dream of home ownership. I've helped clients at various stages of their lives buy and sell real estate. I'm happy to be part of the process. Most realtors set a goal of how much gross commission they'd like to make in a calendar year...nothing wrong with that. I have a slightly different aproach. I set a goal of how many individuals and families I'd like to help in a calendar year. If I reach my goal, I'll have a successful, rewarding year.
